We offer a lifetime warranty even if the lock function is activated.
We will promptly unlock the product with you, however if we are unable to do so, we will replace it with an equivalent product or refund your money.

When returning a Device, please be sure to initialize the Device.
Back up the necessary memory to your external storage, etc.
We are not responsible for any charges you incur during the period your device is with us, including registration fees and usage fees for paid apps etc
We do not compensate for costs related to your mobile line contract or repair costs you have performed
